Therefore we believe our youth workers and volunteers are well placed to provide sustainable interventions to young people and their communities.

Develop projects, programmes, ventures and activities which aim to demonstrate Christian care and concern with young people.

Encourage research, education, training, vocational preparation, and support with young people.

Empower young people to make informed choices, leading to positive life style transformation, resulting in growing to independence as a responsible citizen.

Advancing formal and informal education through designing and delivering projects and programmes which foster personal development, creativity, vocational and life skills, which increase participation and decision making.

Provide challenging and creative experiences which help develop young people’s awareness of spiritual, social, emotional, mental, economic and physical aspects of life enabling them to become whole and contributing members of the community.
